The Fetal Heart Center
The Fetal Heart Center at Primary Children’s Medical Center is a service of Intermountain Healthcare and the University of Utah. Our goal is to improve the care of infants with congenital heart disease through early fetal detection, prenatal planning, and expedient management after birth.
Coordination of Care
By emphasizing family-centered education and counseling we hope to improve the quality of care for every child born with congenital cardiac disease. In order to accomplish this, we are fostering comprehensive coordination of care between perinatology, cardiology, neonatology, and cardiovascular surgery.
